Disposition versions
24. The Minister of Labour shall recommend to the Government the name of a person who has been declared qualified to be appointed as commissioner to the board, after consulting with the Comité consultatif du travail et de la main-d’oeuvre established under section 12.1 of the Act respecting the Ministère du Travail (chapter M-32.2).
Where the vacant position is that of president or a position of vice-president of the board, the Minister of Labour shall recommend to the Government the name of a commissioner of the board or the name of a person declared qualified to be appointed as a commissioner to the board, after consulting with the Comité consultatif du travail et de la main-d’oeuvre.
